Warranty Information

WHAT DOES IT COVER?

KerXi guarantees its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a Limited Warranty Period of 1 year, depending on the product type you own (see Limited Warranty Periods below).

The Limited Warranty Period begins on the original date of purchase and only applies to products purchased direct from us or from an authorized reseller.

One Year Warranty Terms

  1. Customer will be responsible for back and forth shipping fees.
  2.  Customer must contact one of KerXi representatives for the return shipping address when sending back the items.Customer should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back.
  3. KerXi will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  4.  When sending back the items, customer must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
  5. KerXi reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.

The Limited Warranty does not cover issues caused by the incorrect installation of the product. If it is determined that the failure of the product was caused by modification, misuse, or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Where the product was purchased.
The original order number and/or receipt.
Your name and address.
The model number of the product.
A complete description of the problem and the part number from the manual.
This information will help us to expedite the process and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
